Two of Scotland’s leading catering and hospitality companies Saltire Hospitality Ltd and Tuck In Event Catering are joining forces. By bringing together their collective experience, their aim is to take Scotland’s catering and hospitality to a whole new level.
Saltire Hospitality has shown extensive growth in the marketplace since establishing in 2000. Similarly, Tuck In has grown to be one of Scotland’s finest outside catering companies since its humble beginnings in Stockbridge in the 1980’s, and is now based at Oxenfoord Castle. Diana Davidson has owned Tuck In since 1996 and has specialised in large marquee and venue based weddings for the past ten years.
Both companies are committed to using the highest quality, fresh Scottish produce for all private, corporate and public events and ensure the highest standards to match. The coming together of the two quality brands will create further growth opportunities, particularly in the wedding and fine dining sector as well as increased efficiency and brand development.
David Peters, Managing Director, Saltire Hospitality said; “We are thrilled to be uniting with Tuck In. With our shared culture and vision it made perfect sense to come together and this new partnership gives us the scale and ability to share future ambitions, particularly for our wedding and fine dining portfolio. I look forward to the further development of both the Saltire Hospitality and Tuck In brands. Not only will this mean strengthening our collective catering and hospitality expertise but furthers our commitment to raising the catering standard in Scotland.”
Diana Davidson, Managing Director, Tuck In said; “Both David and I believe passionately in providing bespoke wedding and fine dining packages with the highest quality of produce, staff and standards. Saltire Hospitality and Tuck In have built strong catering reputations with some of Scotland’s most prestigious venues and private clients over the years and it seems very natural for us that we should form a partnership that draws on these links for our individual and personalised service. Tuck In has come a long way and I’m excited about this new phase – together with David we are focused on creating a strong new business partnership”.
