Our management team have over 65 years experience in the catering and hospitality industry. In 2005, we introduced Saltire ‘on the move’ which is a buffet delivery service, offering board room lunches ideal for the meeting room. Ordering a buffet couldn't be simpler; our online ordering system can be found here.

In addition to the ‘on the move’ division of the company, January 2006 saw the opening of Saltire Patisserie. Prior to launching Saltire Patisserie, we took the view that the only way of assuring freshness and quality of bakery, dessert and associated products was to prepare these items internally. To this end we have successfully created ‘Saltire Patisserie’, which provides quality goods to hotels, venues and conference centres throughout the Central Belt.

In July 2008 we merged with event caterer ‘Tuck In’, to create 'Tuck In with Saltire Hospitality', based at Oxenfoord Castle. Owned by Diana Davidson Tuck In has grown to be one of Scotland's finest outside catering companies since its beginnings in Stockbridge in the 1980's. As Saltire and Tuck In have both built strong catering reputations over the years with some of Scotland's most prestigious venues and private clients, it seemed very natural for us that we should form a partnership that draws on these links for our individual and personalised service. By bringing together our collective experience, and led by our Tuck In with Saltire Hospitality chef/manager Jennifer Kalra; we aim to take Scotland's catering and hospitality to a whole new level!

Fast on the heels of the Tuck In merger, we took over Perth based ‘The Creative Caterers’ in November 2008. Run by our management couple Glenn and Angela Richards, The Creative Caterers specialise in catering for private events for corporate events and supplying contract catering for businesses throughout Scotland, thus strengthening our position in the market place.
