Saltire Patisserie is a division of Saltire Hospitality, specializing in the production of the finest hand moulded breads, hand finished cakes and sweets at very competitive prices.

Our attention to detail and quality is, in our honest opinion, second to none. We also offer a wide range of custom made breads and bespoke desserts for those looking for something special on their menus that will make them unique from everyone else.

We offer deliveries 6 days a week in Edinburgh City Centre and outskirts, with several deliveries per week as far as Livingston, Dunfermline, Stirling and Perth in addition.
