Festive Feast Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Saltire Hospitality Ltd, Saltire House, Loanhead, Scotland.

 

2. Eligibility

  • Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

  • One winner per household.

  • Saltire Hospitality employees and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

 

3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:

  1. Follow @saltirehospitality on Instagram and/or Facebook.

  2. Like the giveaway post.

  3. Tag friends in the comments (each tag = one entry).

  4. Share the post to their story for a bonus entry (optional).

 

No purchase necessary.

 

4. Giveaway Period
The competition opens on Tuesday, 2nd December and closes at 5pm on Monday, 8th December. Entries after this time will not be counted. The winner will be announced at 12pm on Tuesday, 9th December.

 

5. Prize

  • Festive Feast for 8 people, including Champagne and wines, delivered to the winner on Christmas Eve or available for collection from Saltire House, Eden Coffee House or Ochiltrees Cafe.

  • The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.

  • Delivery is available within Edinburgh City Centre and select postcodes: EH10, EH13, EH16, EH17, EH18, EH19, EH20, EH22. Outside this, a collection is required.

 

6. Winner Selection

  • The winner will be chosen at random from eligible entries.

  • The winner will be contacted via direct message from the official Saltire Hospitality account only.

  • If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, Saltire Hospitality reserves the right to select a new winner.

 

7. Fraud Prevention

  • Be aware of fake accounts. Saltire Hospitality will never ask for bank details or payment information.

  • The winner will not be asked to click any suspicious links.

 

8. Publicity
By entering, participants agree that Saltire Hospitality may use their name (first name and initial only) and entry for promotional purposes (e.g., announcing the winner on social media).

 

9. Data Protection
Personal data will only be used for the purposes of contacting the winner and arranging delivery.

 

10. General

  • Saltire Hospitality reserves the right to refuse fraudulent entries, amend these terms, or cancel the competition if necessary.

  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Facebook, or Meta.
