At the foot of the Pentland Hills, just 20 mins from the centre of Edinburgh, Glencorse House and Old Kirk is a country estate set in acres of secluded parkland.
A landscape rich in stories and history, today Glencorse is a privately owned family home whose grounds are offered exclusively for one-of-a-kind weddings and events.

Glencorse Kirk dates back to the 17th century and the famous Scottish writer Robert Louis Stevenson worshiped there and indeed wrote about the Kirk and its woodland setting on a number of occasions.
Having been lovingly restored by the current owners, the Old Kirk is one of the focal points of the estate and is available to use during weddings for both religious and non-religious ceremonies, for smaller celebrations such as vow renewals or handfastings, or even as the venue for spectacular dinners.

Please make sure to contact the venue directly for any viewing appointments.
