Our very own Company Owner, David has an extensive history in the catering sector. Having managed hospitality since 1990, prior to establishing Saltire in 2000, his knowledge and experience is truly overwhelming and makes us here at Saltire very proud!  Confident and creative - David has significant experience as a catering manager of multi-site and large volume catering operations, both in retail and corporate market. David has seen the company grow and develop over the years and is full of admiration of our achievements. Working with an inspiring team is what means the most to David.

Becky's remarkable passion for creating exceptional events comes as no surprise, as she is a member of the Peters family. Becky is the contract manager for numerous of our pivotal venues. Her dedication and creativity propelled her into the role of Sales Director. Under her leadership, she has created a talented sales team, ensuring that every event is executed to the highest standards of excellence.

Bran is the Managing Director of Saltire Hospitality Ltd, where he leads the business with a clear focus on quality, innovation, and sustainable growth. Formerly the company’s Culinary Director, Bran has been instrumental in shaping Saltire’s strategic direction, navigating both challenges and opportunities with a steadfast commitment to excellence. In his current role, he continues to drive the company forward, upholding Saltire’s core values and ensuring the highest standards of service for our clients.

Bran can always be spotted with a smile on his face!

Mary's dedication, expertise, and warm personality continue to shine, making her an irreplaceable part of our Saltire family.
