DAVID PETERS

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Our very own Managing Director, David has an extensive history in the catering sector. Having manged hospitality since 1990, prior to establishing Saltire in 2000, his knowledge and experience is truly overwhelming and makes us here at Saltire very proud! A confident and creative director, David has significant experience as a catering manager of multi-site and large volume catering operations, both in retail and corporate market. David has seen the company grow and develop over the years and is full of admiration of our achievements. Working with an inspiring team is what means the most to David.

BRAN JANKOVIC

CULINARY DIRECTOR

Bran's passion shines through in everything that he does. He is ambitious, creative and innovative. His enthusiasm for using local suppliers is one of the cornerstones of Saltire Hospitality's identity and his tenacious attitude prevails in his work.

Bran oversees our food production from sourcing suppliers to crafting menus. His flare for mixing creativity, consistency and quality sets him apart as a true visionary of the industry. Bran can always be spotted with a smile on his face!

FINANCE DIRECTOR

Our lovely Mary has been a valued member of the Saltire family since day one! With over 30 years of experience in the financial sector, Mary is our guiding light when it comes to all things finance related. She has impeccable organisational skills and always keeps her team motivated. Her friendly and approachable nature makes her a pleasure to talk to. Mary's dedication, expertise, and warm personality continue to shine, making her an irreplaceable part of our Saltire family.

SALES DIRECTOR

Becky's remarkable passion for creating exceptional events comes as no surprise, as she is a member of the Peters family. Becky is the contract manager for numerous of our pivotal venues. Her dedication and creativity propelled her into the role of Sales Director. Under her leadership, she has created a talented sales team, ensuring that every event is executed to the highest standards of excellence.
